TAYLOR COUNTY BANK

Marketing Director | August 2023- May 2024

  • Developed and maintained a yearly budget for the marketing team

  • Crafted the Taylor County Bank marketing plan including community events, product advertising emphasis in conjunction with differing seasons, promotional materials, etc. while staying within budget

  • Developed the 2024 Jack Henry core conversion customer education strategic plan

  • Designed and developed educational materials regarding the 2024 Jack Henry core conversion for customers to stay informed on what they should expect, how it would affect the bank operations, and how it would briefly affect their customer experience.

  • Oversaw social media strategy and implementation

  • Increased social media presence by over 55% across all social media channels

  • Worked closely with Thrive Marketing Agency to provide photos and content for the 2024 new website launch

  • Provided support in coordinating the AVCA Annual Convention that is held in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championships

  • Attended the AVCA Annual Convention in Omaha, Nebraska and assisted with onsite event execution in December 2022.

  • Aided in organizing the AVCA auction, which proceeds benefit the AVCA scholarship program.

  • Aided in planning the Phenom Program, a talent recruiting showcase for high school seniors.

  • Worked with the logistics team of AV, lighting, and conference space staff to ensure a smooth production the awards banquets
